We are seeking passionate, in-person Part Time Event Staff to support our Gallery Art Event—a full-day, outdoor cultural and art-focused experience.

Available Working Shifts

•    Daytime Shift: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

•    Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation & Staffing

    •    Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour

    •    Positions Available: 4

Roles Include

    •    Art workshop management and assistance

    •    Customized stamp and art pattern management

    •    Art retail support

    •    Environment and space management

    •    Event photography and videography

Responsibilities

    •    Guide guests through art workshops and interactive activities

    •    Support retail sales and introduce GraceDL Art Gallery artworks

    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event environment

    •    Capture photos and videos for brand awareness and documentation

    •    Assist team members as needed throughout the event

    •    Screening Interviews and training will be conducted via Zoom

    •    Positions will be assigned on-site

    •    Please wear comfortable red clothing (outdoor event)
